Our theme for the brewery is based on all the different surf spots, coastal views and the excitement that exists along the road heavily traveled by people around the world who visit Baja California.
This is also the heartbeat of the Baja wine region known as Valle de Guadalupe. Our small community, along with the famous wine region is about 80 miles from the border of San Diego and was chosen as the ideal location for Cerveceria Transpenisular. Over the past 15 years, the culinary scene has exploded as an international destination for tourism, foodies, wine lovers and avid beer drinkers looking for the perfect Baja experience.
This is the group of young adults who frequent San Diego and other parts of the states that are well aware of this explosion. The second segment of our target market are the US residents making Mexico their home, frequent visitors from the US, Europe and the other regions of Mexico.
All in all, the “Perfect Storm” of wine culture, foodies, young, smart adults all the way up to the US and Mexican residents already exposed to the craft beer revolution. This is our formula to capture immediate success and become another fixture to the existing local breweries with great, positive response.
